Whether you are whirling into the new year with goals and ambitions or hobbling in as if it’s just another day, we have the best news: new morning mercies are still yours, in Christ Jesus.
We’ve heard from so many of you who listened to our Advent podcast mini series and were so encouraged by the conversations with our Grace Women friends. What a blessing and joy to be part of carrying you through what can seem liked a frenzied holiday season! You can still listen to the episodes here and we plan to leave them up for the foreseeable future. Are they Christmas-y? A little. But we think the themes of hope, peace, joy and love are perennial and would be an encouragement year-round.
If you’d be interested in the potential development of a Grace Women podcast that covers other themes and topics, would you weigh in below? We’d love to hear!
Our plans for the winter gathering are finally moving forward — things were dicey there for a minute (when will the guest speakers be back in the country?! when will our off-campus location be available?! when can we get our merch finalized and ordered?!)
WHAT’S THAT YOU SAY?
Off-campus?
Guest speakers?
Merch?!
Yes. All true. And we are *thisclose* to being able to give you the full scoop with dates (February for sure) and a registration link. We know you’re going to be so excited and encouraged! And don’t forget: this gathering will be open to our littlest Grace gals (age 10 / 4th grade) and up!
Sharing some lovely resources as we go into the new year:
Bible teacher Jess Connolly has hit the ground running with some incredible podcast episodes we think you’d like. You can check them out here.
“New year ... same you {when the line between 2023 and 2024 is blurry}” by Sara Hagerty was an encouraging read for us.
If you’re looking to read the Bible all the way through this year, one of our favorite resources is from Tara Leigh Cobble: the Bible Recap. For readers, there’s a printed plan and for listeners, there’s a podcast!
